These Terms govern your use of aipetvideo.org. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Preview Status

AI Pet Video is currently an early-access product preview. Video generation, accounts, credits, subscriptions, and payments are not yet enabled. Product descriptions show the intended direction and do not guarantee that a feature, model, output format, price, or launch date will become available.

Permitted Use

You may use the site for lawful personal or business evaluation. You may not:

• interfere with the site or attempt unauthorized access;
• use automated means that create unreasonable load;
• misrepresent affiliation with AI Pet Video;
• copy or redistribute site content in violation of applicable rights; or
• use the site for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity.

Reference Content and Future Generations

When upload and generation features launch, you will be responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for all photos, video references, audio, names, logos, and other material you submit. Availability of a public link does not by itself grant permission to reuse its content.

Commercial-use rights for generated outputs may depend on the selected model provider, plan, input rights, and the terms shown at the time of generation. Updated terms will be published before generation features become available.

Intellectual Property

The site design, original copy, graphics, and branding are owned by AI Pet Video or used with permission. Third-party names and services remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-Party Services

The site may link to third-party platforms. We do not control their availability, content, privacy practices, or terms. A reference to a third-party platform does not imply endorsement or partnership.

No Warranties

The preview site is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, specific results, traffic, virality, generation times, or future features.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AI Pet Video will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the preview site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The date above identifies this version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
